November Focus = Pathways (averaging 121 cards)

I am thankful to have good data to look back on and compare.

The last 5 months (when I didn't lose any weight) I averaged a day.
1319 calories
34% protein
29% carbs
37% Fat
The previous 5 months (when I was losing weight) I averaged a day
1218 calories
39% protein
26% carbs
35% Fat

Difference =
101 Calories increased
5% protein decreased
3% carbs increased
2% fat increased

There isn't a huge difference but it is enough for my body to stop losing weight. In order to accomplish that I need to drop my calories down by 100.

These numbers don't reflect on the tetris type game I have been learning by using food to meet my micronutrient goals (vitamin/minerals). I am pleased with the effort I have put in to gain the knowledge of how to do this, which is a huge challenge for me.

If the choice is losing weight or hitting my micronutrient goals than i will choose micronutrients. Being healthy and full of energy is more important to me than losing the last 10 lbs. But.....I want to do both!

I've done my exercises for today: 3 hearts

I drank 6 glasses of water yesterday: 1 heart
❤️
I've done 30 minutes with the lightbox: 3 hearts

do you use an app for your numbers and if so, which one?
I use Cronometer app.
I used to rely on LoseIt and MyFitnessPal but switched to Cronometer when it was a required app for a nutrition course I took. The accuracy of Cronometer and its ability to track micronutrients has completely spoiled me, and I can't imagine going back to other apps. Initially, it was a bit of a hassle and took up a lot of my time and mental energy. I've been using it for a while now and have picked up all the shortcuts. I haven't timed myself recently, but when I did before, it took me about five minutes a day to log my food and drinks, which I find well worth the effort.

Yesterday’s victory 😃

* no carbs
* no cheats … always the hardest
* no sugar. Drank my coffee w/o it
* steps 10K
* water 80ozs. Yay!!!
* shoulder exercise yes
* vitamins.done and orders ones I’m out off

Not stepping daily on my scale was the best decision for me. The slightest gain really inference my daily focus

I’m proud of me 😃
