I think I'm going to take the chance and soak some rice in Germane's vegetable broth to see if she will eat it. I really don't want her to have digestive issues while she's alone in her pen tomorrow, and she's leaning in that direction.

Kittykatt, I'm sorry you had to miss Bethlehem Mass. We had service at 4pm, and again at 10 pm. Same service, except slightly different musicians for 2 numbers.
I got home at 545, and had to make supper for dfBS, then bring it to her house where we ate. I brought Christmas dishes along for us to eat from (her dishes are heavy, dark brown). We used her sterling, and of course I washed everything afterwards and put it all away. Left there at 1015, so missed the late service.
I've got several packages to wrap for ds and family. I have them boxed up, and have spoken to 2 siblings. I'll get to the wrapping paper after I call ds2, then go home to bed.
