We are one week away from a new month. It is time for me to start considering what February H&F focus and goal will be.

I made my step goal for the week with 1500 steps to spare. Keeping same goal for this week - cold weather, rain today, if I get more that's fine but averaging 7500 steps right now is fine with me. And ending mostly alcohol free is good.
I keep forgetting that I'm doing a genealogy institute all week. No workouts. Could possibly reschedule for early in a.m. but I think that would leave me too frazzled to focus.
Next month is tracking protein and stretching...

I’m loving all of the ideas as I think on what I want to work on in February. I may copy them all.
It will probably be something physical, steps or a workout of some sort.
Today I put a metal shelf together all by myself, even though I struggled a little and did look for dh to help, I ended up figuring it out.
