Progress not perfection.
Consistency
We are what we repeatedly do.
“It’s not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, but what we do consistently.”
The past 24 hours have been challenging and pulled my focus away from H&F. I made some poor choices, but you know what? It’s okay. I kept tracking everything, being as honest as I can with myself. By focusing on monthly averages, the occasional slip doesn’t undo my previous efforts. It’s comforting to know the structure and habits I’ve built are there to lean on, making it easy to start again without much thought.
