I am so excited to be FINALLY starting to get a handle on the eating. I have been full all day and not wanting to rip the wallpaper off the wall and eat it.
I need to keep the starches low the next couple of days so I can have some "aut-oh" numbers and it won't ruin everything. We will be traveling this weekend (eating out at least 5 times) and having cake/ice cream for DGS3 (turning 4 years old!!!).
