Minced Garlic Olive Oil Dipping Sauce

1 cup extra virgin olive oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
pinch of pepper

Combine oil and garlic. Heat until garlic begins to sizzle.

Remove from heat to add the salt and pepper.

Cool and serve with your favorite bread.

Garlic Olive Oil Dipping Sauce

Garlic Olive Oil Dipping Sauce

1 cup extra virgin olive oil
6 cloves garlic, peeled

Combine oil and garlic. Heat on medium low about 5 minutes until just fragrant. Do not let the garlic begin to brown.

Remove from heat and cool.

Remove garlic, slice thinly, and return to oil.

Serve with your favorite bread.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil Dipping Sauce

Extra Virgin Olive Oil Dipping Sauce

3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients.

Variations:

1. Grate parmesan cheese and add along side oil to dip in after dipping in oil.
2. Add up to 1 tablespoon of your favorite dried herb (thyme, oregano, or rosemary)
3. Add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes.

Pumpkin Pie Dip

Pumpkin Pie Dip

1 8 ounce package cream cheese; softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 15 ounce can pumpkin pie filling
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until
smooth.

Add pumpkin, cinnamon and ginger, beating well.

Cover and chill 8 hours.

Serve with gingersnaps, graham crackers, and apple slices.

Creamy Dill Dip

Creamy Dill Dip

8 ounces cream cheese; softened
2 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons green onion; finely chopped
2 teaspoons dill weed
3/4 teaspoon salt

Place sour cream in food processor bowl. With blade runing add softened
cream cheese a cube at a time. Continue processing until mixture is fluffy.
Remove mixture to a bowl and stir in dill weed, salt and green onions.

Cover and chill for up to 24 hours.

Yield: 2 cups

BLT Dip

BLT Dip
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 pint Sour Cream
1 large Tomato; chopped and drained
1 pound Bacon; drained & crumbled

Mix all ingredients together. Best if refrigerated for a couple of hours
before serving.

Serve on a bed of crisp green lettuce.

Country Club Sour Cream And Dill Dip

Country Club Sour Cream And Dill Dip

3 teaspoon fresh dill; chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon white onion; grated
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 cup mayonnaise

Mix the dill and lemon juice together to soften the dill. Blend in all of
the other ingredients until almost smooth.

Cover and chill.

Makes about 2 1/4 cups of dip.

3 tablespoon onion; dried, minced
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
2 teaspoon lawry seasoned salt

Mix well, and chill overnight.

1 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 cup green onions; sliced
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 dash pepper

Combine all ingredients and blend well and chill. Serve with fresh
vegetables.
