dry cereal (Special K Protein) w/almonds mixed in
flavored water (drinking 2nd bottle as I type)
green salad, no dressing
bar-b-que pork, baked beans, potato chips, diet coke
rice cakes
tiny bit of popcorn, 3 Musketeers bar, diet coke

Oh my... the stupidity of this day's eating...

2 granola bars
almonds
flavored water
Triscuits
4 (other )wheat crackers w/1 slice of cheese
Oh phooey. Let's just chalk today up to temporary insanity.
Applebee's chicken quesadillas (sp?), house salad (very little Italian dressing), and...
shared maple blondie w/maple butter w/dh.
It was delicious, but I may not think so tomorrow when I introduce Mr. Maple Blondie to Mr. Bathroom Scales.
