This morning I had a half-apple, a smoothie of almond/coconut milk, large peach slice, cherries and protein powder.
I exercised for 20 minutes and really got my heart rate up. I chose 10:00 a.m. at random for that and it worked out fine. A lot of the household chores were out of the way by then.
Midday meal was a hodge-podge, though, of some healthy and some not, but I won't beat myself up about it.
I know I'll start a new healthy habits card Sunday.
Harmony, I kinda posted in answer to your question above but I don't know if it really was what you meant. I can think of some issues for both me and HRH that it seems the doctors just forget. For instance, once HRH's B-12 levels were so vitally important to dr that he was put on a schedule of shots at dr's office, and he was told (accurately) that he would have to supplement and be monitored for the rest of his life. Yet lately they neglect to even do the blood work for it and we have to remind. As soon as HE started taking responsibility for the supplementing by buying the sublingual tablets instead of enduring the shots at their office, it was "off their radar". If they weren't giving a treatment for it, they seemed to forget the problem.
Lynlee, are you always doing that much per day, or are you taking some days off?
