March healthy habit focus = Started March 17th so 15 days is my goal.

Established healthy habits. March averages -
⭐Sleep - 8hr 11min
⭐Hydration 120oz+
⭐Cronometer - 269 days logging, 84 mineral/vitamins, 1165 calories, protein 46%
⭐Move my body - 6198 steps, 9 hours with 250+ steps
⭐Weight loss is at a pace of -0.79%

I looked at my monthly numbers this morning. Other than wishing I could lose weight faster, I am pleased. I lost 2.6 pounds this month which seems to be an incredibly slow amount with the daily effort that I give. However, I am grateful to have a 69 year old healthy body with all the parts working mostly pain free and doing everything that I ask them to do. Sometimes I need to look at the bigger picture and appreciate that instead of wasting mental effort being frustrated with slow weight loss.

March focused effort on morning and evening walk has not only been good for me but it has influenced others in my family. I made the decision that I would walk regardless if anyone else did. Each time that I announce I am going for my walk usually has others scrambling to join me. DH has knee pain so he is walking less but joins me a few times each week. DD13 has started walking with me every evening which gives us 30 minutes of uninterrupted time together to talk. That is priceless IMHO.

You're so right, Lady Maverick, that is some precious time right there!

I've got my week started off alright with a nice 30-min strength training workout, rebounding and vibration plate, grounding & sunlight while cleaning up the yard. Walking will be this evening, most likely alone since DH has had severe cramps all week and weekend.

Got my March walking steps badge.
We have walked between storms took my umbrella instead of walking stick to change it up, and
just in case I needed it.

Gardened 15 min. yesterday for fresh air and sunshine dead headed some herbs was
elated to see some have made it through the winter and are growing again now!

Well my healthy habits have got to H*ll in a hand basket. Being sick for well over a week with do that. Although I at protein.. like shakes and yogurt, put few and far in between and drank tons of water to relive my sore throat I lost absolutely nothing. I am beginning to wonder if maybe something else is going on with my body.

I have an appointment with an allergist this week. Many of my complaints about itchy eyes, ears, nose and throat I thought was connected to my sinuses. However my neighbor was telling me she had been suffering from these same symptoms and decided it might have something to do with the allergens floating around here..specifically from our lakes. Turns out she was right so she was tested and found she was reacting to alot of things in the air. She is now on shots like Lucylee and feeling much better.

I was tested many years ago because I thought allergens might be a contributing factor to my migraines...Only thing that showed up after 3 weeks of testing was PINE. The nurse that I talked to the other day said its not uncommon to develop new allergies as we grow old, so I'm looking forward to this appointment.

Walking in the sun is so good lady m. Especially with someone to join you.

I wonder if the allergy tests will help. I hope you feel better soon. Being sick is definitely a wrench in the plans.

Kittykat is always consistent. In all her lists and goals.

I finally got all my blood work and tests done. Returned lab samples. Etc. That is something I have had on my list for a very long time again. Now I just have to book my appointment for results. We keep thinking something must be low again.. or still. Hormones? Iron? Thyroid? Bp was a little higher than usual the last couple times. What is causing the extreme fatigue. I have had once that I got up too fast and actually got lightheaded to the point I fell and almost passed out I think. Sometimes I get this funny jello legs feeling for a second or 2 even if I feel good.

I need to maybe get dh to help me think of all the things I feel and write them down. Probably actually give her a list. I feel mostly healthy. Menopause slammed me really hard. Just the extreme exhaustion and random weakness.

Maybe just plain stress and burnout???

Anyway that is me .. also possibly some days I don't eat enough and lots of time not drink enough.


Oh right I need to check in with my sister again. Do we need to keep the apt for mom tomorrow? Now whatever that was seems I have not heard anything more that it happened again.
