WTG, everyone!

I'm going to continue with my existing habits for February. I'm still not as consistent with drinking water as I would like, even though I know I function so much better when I am properly hydrated!

Monday
I've done my exercises for today: 26 hearts

January H&F habit focus = Stay aware of when I eat. Goal is to stop eating less than 10 hours after I start. Averaging 7:34 hours of eating time

I really need to work on sipping water throughout the day. I suspect the headache that woke me overnight was due mainly to dehydration. :oops:

Progress not perfection.
Consistency
We are what we repeatedly do.
“It’s not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, but what we do consistently.”

The past 24 hours have been challenging and pulled my focus away from H&F. I made some poor choices, but you know what? It’s okay. I kept tracking everything, being as honest as I can with myself. By focusing on monthly averages, the occasional slip doesn’t undo my previous efforts. It’s comforting to know the structure and habits I’ve built are there to lean on, making it easy to start again without much thought.

Lady Maverick, it’s good that you allow yourself grace and move on, and are finding it easier to get back on track.
