Yea bs is good today.
Looking forward to my walk today.
It's been cool and raining in the evening so the later walks are not working out as well
as I had hoped but glad that I did 'em when it was nice out during the day this week.

I'm back from my walk did not get to it until tonight after dinner as dgkiddos were fighting colds. It was great & changed up my route a couple days this week for a change of pace and that was great.

Nancy, you GO girl. You are our exercise role model this month. Today I saw 3 wild turkeys cross our yard grazing with 2 deer. Have not seen that before. My ddad is back to outdoor walking in these better temperatures (missed today because of heavy rain).

I want to recommend Ore-Ida's new Sweet Potato Fries (at least they are new in our area) that are simply cut and frozen just like their regular fries - no additives. Although I still can't win dd12 over, HRH is now not only eating sweet potatoes but baking them up on his own as a snack. This is unheard-of for him - he truly believed he "didn't like" sweet potatoes. And they will be so good for him.
