Got in 14k steps and drank all my water.
Today I go to my coffee gathering and I may allow myself a donut.
I do not get on the scale everyday cause if I don’t see a difference or it jumps up a bit, I loose my motivation. I can tell I’m losing weight because my clothes fit better and this morning when I put on one of my exersize bras, it was looser. It has been tight in the past
Need to stay focused. I’m pretty zeroed in at the moment but that can disappear in a flash if I’m not careful
