I have some clothes washed and hanging to dry, and the dw running. I'll probably just coast for the rest of the evening.

I tried to do it with immgbb and somehow downloaded a whole bunch of pdf file readers . It was just confusing. I really am not very techy.

Trying to figure out too how accomplish the whole blowout. Last year I pretty much got it on my own. He's kinda half way there this time with a giant pile of fur sometimes. I have my grandma's good grooming brushes and I do it by giving him a good bone to chew. Usually works but now he's started trying to bite the brush and he moves just when I find a patch that wants to come out. I might actually have to break down and order a grooming harness. I could get him groomed but I am actually enjoying it myself and I think I'm doing ok.

You are so far ahead of me, Lauranlind. Germane fights me the second that I try to groom her. It sounds like Casper enjoys most of it.

Dishes are done and are in the drying rack, and I put the dw cart away with the door cracked open to dry it out.

ah laurlind, Samoyeds are so beautiful, but yes indeed their coats are lots of work!

helian, how is your mom doing? You said she's in hospice, but that can mean lots of things.

I'm back from visiting my mother - she had a bath and shampoo, so needed her hair set as we are going to Dr tomorrow, then probably shopping for shoes. I have $30 Kohls cash that expires on Friday. She needs new shoes. 1 lol in washer, another soaking - she spills hot chocolate frequently. I think I should buy stock in Resolve! (for the Europeans, it's a spray pretreat stain remover. The bottle says it's for carpets, but it works wonders on clothing too, I have discovered.
Fortunately my washer is old enough that it only takes about 25 minutes to do a load. I got it when ds was in high school, about 2 years before he graduated in 1990- 35 years ago. I have had 2 service calls on it. My kids have been married since 1995. They are on their 3rd set. I was married in 1969, this is my second one. Times have changed!
