I want to get back on track with healthy eating. This week has been filled with multiple days of birthday celebrations, which have thrown off my calorie intake.

What I am doing is fine for maintaining my weight but won't work to lose weight. I can keep my calories low during the daylight hours but then I want to eat at night. How do I break out of this cycle? I need to make some changes.

Kittykatt - Thanks for the encouraging words and suggestions. Deliberately eating later in the day could be the solution I’ve been looking for.
