⭐ Protein = 37% average in September. Goal is >36%
⭐ Fruit/Vegetable servings = 8 average daily in September. Goal is >5

⭐ Hours of moving my body = 9 hours a day average in September. Goal is >9
⭐ Exercises = 11 Goal is >7

the last one was reaching work out goals.

I made a document on my computer with dates of the month and columns for various healthy activities, to see if I get any of them accomplished, and to identify barriers that kept me from what I "should" be doing.

September Habits
Pelvic exercises - 25 today ♥️♥️♥️♥️
Dremel dog nails Beau 4 nails, Thumper 4 nails today, starting to see a difference, especially compared to their other paws. I’m going over the ones I’ve already done and adding a new one daily, they’re tolerating it a little better. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Yesterday I drank 8 glasses of water : 3 hearts

I've done 30 minutes with the lightbox: 5 hearts

September focus habit is walking 30 minutes with arms swinging.

Dog nails - left front paw done on both dogs, still need to be shorter so I’ll continue adding a new nail daily while still lightly dremeling all the ones already done ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
They’re tolerating it better although they still don’t like it.

Gma, nice to see you here ! I hope you can find a few more vegetarian recipes so that you feel at ease having vegetarian days.

I eat mostly vegetarian, but I add fish once or twice a week. I had no idea that vegetarian diets had any influence on kidney health.

- No sugar before 4 pm ☑_☑☑☑
