Well, feeling productive is the first step, Doggedly! BTW, I am now hooked on Hudson and Rex! I have to subscribe to another A Prime channel, but it also has another show I like but couldn't find elsewhere.

Bama, yes, I typically go to a running store to get fitted for my shoes. I think my first pair was Brooks, but then the next year I went in, the salesperson sized my foot and said Brooks had changed something about their shoes, and he recommended Sauconny instead, which is what I've bought since. I didn't get sized last time. I just bought the same pair of Sauconny shoes - a newer version, and my feet are quite comfortable. I have no patience with uncomfortable shoes. No, I'm not in any pain at all. My feet and knees are quite robust, not fussy. LOL! (I say that because a lot of people complain about their feet or knees hurting.)
I'm finding mojo and then heading out for a walk.

It's 11pm and I am calling it a day... living room could use more attention, but that's not happening today. Kitchen was cleaned and I even made myself do my evening yoga stretch, so there's that

Found something in my cereal that looked like a spider. After various photos and the microscope clipped on it, reassured myself that it was just a bit of husk from the wheat.
