helia ~ ooo... 73 on Saturday! I have no idea. Thanks for the heads up. Maybe shoes with more cushiony insoles and soles would help? Dr. Scholl's I bought these the last NC trip because I forgot the insoles to my workout tennies. They're super comfy. I didn't even go back to my old ones.
Bama ~ Our closest town is Rosman if you want to look it up. Lake Toxaway is not too far from us. It's fairly big. There are smaller lakes around the mountains. I need to nail down food for next week, too.
Did a quick trip to the gym. Afterwards, hit the grocery store, which turned out to be interesting. I NEVER see people I know at the store, except for one friend that I run into about once a year. Really, it's the same person. Today, I saw THREE friends! Ended up spending about 20 minutes with each one, so the trip was a LOT longer than I planned. Longer, but super good.
All the groceries are unloaded and put away. Had a little bit of pot pie and a grapefruit. I'm making myself go out and enjoy some of this beautiful weather. Off for a walk.....

I was OTD nice and early, and managed to hoover the car and run ally errands before church. The service was very good, and afterwards I managed to sell some more tickets for the Christmas lunch. Then went home to pick up Jude for her weight check appointment. She decided she didn't want to go, so hid under the bed. I enlisted DH's help to get her out and into her carrier. Two pieces of good news - Jude has lost 125 grams (just over 4 Oz) and is the lowest weight she's been for over a year. 
I might look into those insoles. And here I've alway bragged about how my feet and knees are not fussy. Ha ha! I guess that's not so.
