I'm finding that when I get really.involved with something I tend to forget to drink. Maybe if I kept a water bottle with me (rather than relying on glasses of water) that might help?

Yesterday went well…
* stayed on target with food
* drank 60 ozs of water, 24 ozs of coffee, 12ozs tea
* 11k step working in my home🙃

The scale was kind to me this morning 😃

January H&F habit focus = Stay aware of when I eat. Stop eating less than 10 hours after I start. Averaging 8:49 hours of eating time

I love coming here and seeing all the different ways we each put thought and effort into improving our health and fitness. IMHO there’s no single perfect way for everyone. Each person is on their own unique journey, but as SHE friends, we get to travel it together.

I had a very acceptable 48K steps this week, an average of 6800 daily. Going for 7K daily this week, not much of an increase but with two workouts we'll see. We parked a long block away from the restaurant last night so that helped.

Continuing alcohol free. I had an alcohol free cocktail last night - it was good but almost all are a little on the sweet side for me because they include the sugar syrup.

Moonlight walk with Beau, saw several possums in the yard with the flashlight beam. Looks like an almost full moon, fog on the horizon, but skies clear and starry, beautiful.

Made it to my class this morning … already have 5k steps

Yesterday:
* ate my protein meals and a chunk of cheese for a snack
* drank 64 ounces of water, 24 ounces of coffee, and 12 ounces of hot tea
* 7k steps

Today I tried Muenster cheese, teriyaki chicken and barbecue chicken slices from the deli.
I also managed to clip Beau’s toenail that is dangerously long, it’s right next to the one he tore off yesterday and he doesn’t like the clippers so this was an experience for us both. He was very cooperative but I’m glad it’s over.
