Well, that is a good thing to miss, L Ann.
Good idea to use up/ throw out those bottles, especially if you don't enjoy wine, Bama.
Whoa, great job on the sparkles, Doggedly 🤩 ✨.
WTG on the tidy sitting room and paperwork, Kitty!

It is too late and I am too tired to post lists. This was a very social day for me with meetings (some of which I helped lead) and talking to people from 10:40 - 2:45 straight. Well, with a 15 minute car ride in the middle. Then, MZ was here from 6:15 - she arrived early - until 8:15ish. I was so tired by the end; I was almost dozing off while MZ was talking after dinner. I think my social limit was reached.

I have my syllabus started - but not finished. I'll need to do that and prep for day 1 tomorrow. Class is at 11 and then I have a meeting with AC 1-2. Dinner is out with CG2 at 6 -- another social day. LOL! I cant get away from them. About 5 hours tomorrow as compared to about 6 hours today. Thursday will only be about 3.5 hours of meetings/ social time. Friday will be 2 (class) + J12yo's swim meet!

Bama, I like your "signature line" that says wake each day expeting somthing good to happen.
My MIL had a little note on her bulleting board that says, "Something good is going to come my way today. " It's in her handwriting and I kept it when I cleaned out her house after she died. 25+ years ago. Iit's on the wall in my kitchen.

Plumber came today and put drains into my K sink, because the 20 year old stoppers were not holding water well, and they said they couldn't find the same style to replace them. So I had to get whole new system. I could have lived with current, but it was irritating, and I didn't want to deal with constant irritation.
That mean I had to take everything out from under my sink, which mean that I could wash the floor, go through everything, and put it back more neatly. I reduced the volume, rearranged, and actually got my little wastebasket under the sink for the first time in ?? One thing out of sight and off the floor! Many things put away in different areas - where I WILL find them because I put them with "like kinds."

Our local Arts Center had a fund raiser today. They had hundreds of hand thrown pottery soup bowls with a variety of glazes for $20. Buy the bowl, get a cookie, some bread, fill the bowl with soup, and sit down and visit with some friends - or stragners! -and go home with a nice bowl. (I already have several at my house, plus a few at my cabin, but it's always a fun event!) there were some spsecialty items as well, and I also bought a very nice hand made pottery pitcher that will keep a beverage nicely cool in the summer, or be a great "vase" to hold some pretty flowers.

In the morning, I take dfBS to the Mayo Clinic for an outpatient diagnostic heart procedure, then take her home and stay with her for 24 hours. For some reason I just couldn't get myself going to make cupcakes for chruch for Thursday supper - I guess I'll have to do it right away after I can leaver her Thursday noon.

Our snow is not melting - not at +8F with a wind chill of -14! But by tomorrow we are supposed to get above freezing, with the wind a little less blustery. And almost 70 people are saying by Saturday, just for a day. A spring teaser the well feel REALLY good!

I got 2 St. Patrick's day cards in the mail today,
and thank you cards from 3 of the 5 or 6 deaths I have acknowledged since Christmas/ New Year's.
