This is what the internet says about the Bible and what it says on the first page inside. I’m interested if anyone is familiar with it or bibles in general and would like to discuss. If not, that’s ok too. Idk how anyone would read it, it’s so big, you’d have to sit at a table to rest it on and there is so much information on one page to ingest. It seems more of a study guide than to read through…

It’s good, not much different than regular coffee to me. It’s got a mild flavor.

Re: Dark Green Fritillary Friday
Hello everyone!
Helia, that's a full schedule! Could you order the bird seed online and have it delivered? That would save you one small job!
Trissie, due to those thorns, I usually prune my climbing rose in stages!
Happy spring, Harriet!
L.Ann, that's very interesting about the genetic component of cancer. I knew about the gene that can increase the risk of breast cancer, but not about all the others!
KitKat, WFH is still popular over here. DH does 2 days a week in the office and 3 days at home. One member of his team is on permanent home working (for health reasons). And, as Trissie says, the higher up the ladder, the more people demand (and get) more flexibility.
WTG on the taxes, Dogged! I think the female moth has a green border to her wings?
Bama, I'm guessing the Bible was meant to be rested on the table at home. In many houses, even into the 20th century, there would often be a nightly bible reading, where the whole family would gather to listen the the passage/ chapter read out loud, usually by the head of the household.
It's been a very full day, but fortunately everything fitted into its time slot, so I wasn't too stressed. I had a lovely time in the sun in my garden, cut the grass and fed it, so that's another job done. And I've brought the patio furniture up from the garage. The pots have also had their weekly feed.
The roads weren't too bad, so I was very early for my appointment, but, as Trissie so rightly says, it's much better to be early than late!
And I made it to the garden centre, and picked up the pansies, also some hellebores, and the fertiliser.
We are now also cat sitting Izzy (DF CW's cat).for the weekend. DH was very kind, and fed both Izzy and Cookie this evening, while I fed our gang.
Trying for an early night, as I need to be up on time for women's breakfast tomorrow!

Re: Dark Green Fritillary Friday
Kittykatt - hellebores are so beautiful but I'm scared to have them around doggie...
Looks like a productive day for you - WTG
Dogged - BWTG on taxes! Amazing.
Bama - I had a dfriend - she would have been the right one to ask about the Bible.... Unfortunately, she passed away last year.
LAnn - some day, hopefully, soon, cancer will be a highly treatable, maybe curable disease. Every bit of research counts.
trissie - dmom and I planted some 50 rose bushes at the old house... Had some gorgeous colours. Slowly, we lost them all...
Good news:
after DD was unable to meet me, I leashed up my dog and off we went for a walk. The rain stopped by then, pain was manageable...
I figured, worst case I turn back or call DH. Luckily, there was no need. We walked 48 minutes, and by the end, my back felt better!
(Hope it lasts)
Pup is tired - a good sign.
Next up:
lol
I washed running shoes for both of us,
washed pup's blankie
Now it's time to run the cleaning cycle
Hope to see you all tomorrow. Have a great night!
