I drank 5 glasses of water yesterday: 3 hearts

The Easter potlucks have me hitting a bump in my effort to eat well. I will need to be hyper focused to get back into my eating plan.
For my particular body.....processed carbs are addictive, deceptive, and are not kind to me.

I am dabbling with using Fitbit AI health coach in the app. It does give me factual information about my personal health/fitness data that is analyzed and presented in ways that I wasn't aware of. On the flip side .....in order to use AI scrutinizing my data, I have to agree that all this information is in their public cloud. I am reluctantly impressed with its capabilities.

Hi everyone ! Quick check-in.
(Morning insomnia)

My 5 daily habits, tracked on an index card near my bed :
MR - basic morning routine - Move C/W - either Cardio or Weights, daily - MicroMove - tiny times of movement at payroll or during the day - Time for me - to read, maybe write, maybe think, maybe journal - K - pelvic floor exercises, 1 mn minimum, at bedtime usually.

Counting the score as of Wednesday evening :
MR . . . . . . : 7 out of 8. . ▓▓▓▓▓▓░░
Move C/W : 3 out of 8. . ▓▓▓░░░░░
MicroMove : 4 out of 8. .▓▓▓▓░░░░

Busy days, tiredness, and trying to heal from surgically removed cyst on back of shoulder, get in the way of several habits this week. I expect to do better over the week-end.
