sherinjoy - you are absolutely right! I meant to write new moon but wrote full moon instead. Oops!

I am joining with the losing things group! We had to make a parts run so I stopped by Sams to pick up a few things. I reached for my Sam's card to enter the store......at the card wasn't there! I got a new card but am puzzled by the missing card. I will be looking for it just to solve the mystery of where it went.

Able to get here for a little bit at least. Cable just left and this seems to be working -at least for the moment.

Feeling fairly achy this morning -the cooler weather has a way of reminding me big time why we go south!

DH has gone to PA with DS-R and dgs6 for the weekend. DDIL really wanted to go, but is captain of team walking on Sunday for "Making Strides" against breast cancer. She was thinking about driving down for the day tomorrow, but I understand it's supposed to rain anyway.

Have to take DSGD12 to the hospital this afternoon to have her burn checked, more skin removed, cleaning and redressing it. DDIL#2 is meeting us there -this is the same medical center where she works.

9:15pm -just realized this has set here ALL DAY without actually posting.

Did take dgd to the hospital -finally thought to ask what degree her burns were -3rd degree with some 2nd degree around the outside.

Going to bed -hoping I do better at this tomorrow.

Back from town hoping I got the rest of the stuff on my list as it mysteriously dissappered had it in my pocket last time I checked.

Showing went well except h. left a dirty tee shirt on the kitchen counter! LOL! They had cookies and coffee and a note that said they {the cookies} were great! Counting this as a successful showing. These are fun. Dgkids being here helped a bit too.
Dgson said he likes the dough part of the cookies! He had to sample it! I took some to his house of the ones we made in the morning.

H. said it was easier last time we had a showing b/c the deck & outside was already done!

Dgd was napping in the basement while I rode the ex. bike I had to wake her up so we could leave before the showing.

Had dinner out they messed up my order so I 'em bag up the correct one and I brought it home.

Deck table top is un-staged now, I've changed dining room table clothes.

Laundry is going now, I have the couch cover and pillows I use back on it now too. Groc. are put away now.

waving back to Harriet from beyond finally friday - that'd be Saturday's half done here.
farmers market. and went to produce stores asking after flea stuff for dog. Miracle stuff he doesn't mind taking. I doesn't do ticks though so for now he's mostly indoors.

OKay - thats sad about the cattle/dairy herd. With many feeling the drought prices just go down and down. Sure hoping theres rain soon.. then it takes so long to recover. And if your country is like ours there are extremes and normal seasons are like "whats normal"?
Congratulations MT on the new house. Looking good. You got me googling looking at certain places here. The trees I think would be a Godsend.
