I’m having to double down on my eating plan. Finally found my old eating plan I used 35 years ago that helped me loose almost 30 lbs. I like it because I get to eat fruit, wasa crackers and three meals a day if I choose to and know I was successful with it.
Need to set up a weekly schedule so I remember when to eat what.
