I've done my exercises for today: 13 hearts.

Yesterday I drank 8 glasses of water - 9 hearts

Health & Fitness habits =
__ Sleep = 6hr 44min average in August. Goal is 7-9 hours
⭐ Hydration = 120oz+
⭐ Food tracking = 404 days logging
__ Calories = 1378 average in August. Goal is <1300
__ Protein = 36% average in August. Goal is >40%
⭐ Fruit/Vegetable servings = 8 average daily in August. Goal is =>5
⭐ Steps = 6148 average in August. Goal is >6k.
⭐ Hours of moving my body = 11 hours a day average in August. Goal is =>10
⭐ Exercises = 7. Goal is 6
⭐ Weight change = -0.4 in last 30 days

My weight jumped 3 pounds in a single day. Unbelievable! Stress and hormones really do play a big role.

__ Weight change = +0.3 in August

Thankfully, the 3 lb weight gain from yesterday vanished on the scale this morning. Just one step away from earning that gold star reward—harrumph!

At times, I feel discouraged by my lack of progress and the struggle to meet my goals, even considering pausing from posting in H&F. However, I remind myself of the countless stories of individuals losing weight only to regain it. I am determined not to regain the 30 pounds I worked so hard to lose over the past year. Through consistency and effort, I shed every one of those 480 ounces and am grateful to enjoy the benefits of my hard work. So.....I continue
