At times, I feel discouraged by my lack of progress and the struggle to meet my goals, even considering pausing from posting in H&F. However, I remind myself of the countless stories of individuals losing weight only to regain it. I am determined not to regain the 30 pounds I worked so hard to lose over the past year. Through consistency and effort, I shed every one of those 480 ounces and am grateful to enjoy the benefits of my hard work. So.....I continue
