Today is my 10 year anniversary using Libra app to keep my daily weight. I just exported the 10 years of weight entries to spreadsheet so I can use it that way if I want.
You want to know something kinda sad? I weigh within a pound of what I weighed 10 years ago. All these years of trying to lose weight have resulted in staying the same.
On a good note - at least I managed to not gain a bazillion pounds.

I’m really feeling so much better since I had that horrible tooth canal done. Which is really making me wonder if the infection in my tooth was seeping into my body. Don’t know if that is possible but it’s seems strange to me that the two occurred at the same time.

Although I won’t be able to exercise for a few more days, my stomach seems to finally be calm enough that I don’t need to be eating things like bread, crackers and rice. That set me back a bit, but I’m ready to try to make it through the day with out them. Same with dairy.

Friday and Saturday much to my surprise I slept until 8:30! Friday night I went to sleep at midnight so I get that, but Saturday night I fell asleep at 9:30 while watching tv. That’s unheard of for me. Last night I went to bed at 10 and woke up naturally at 6:30.

Again I woke with plenty of energy which has been lacking for quite awhile…we’ll see how I do with water today.

Review got 10K steps in 4 days last week.

Mon. Walked. got 10K steps in.
Tues. Walked /Thanks LM bs is in ack land today skipping bfast for a bit. Treated a scratch from roses when pruning yesterday. got 10K steps in.
Wed. Walked got 13,057 steps yard work ladder day. Pruning trees lading branches etc.
Thurs. Watering early a bit of pick up moved lawn chairs got 1st 1,000 + steps in by 6:30. Got my steps in.
Fri. Walked saw turkeys again this morning.
Sat. Walked.saw the turkey in a diff. spot today.

Nancy - BWTG! You are doing great!

Reminding myself not to compare what I can do with others. I want to only do Me-vs-Me comparison. My 7k steps seem great when I keep my eyes on my abilities. When i compare it to others who are getting 10k then my 7K seems weak.

Ate well… 6K steps but I was on my feet most of the day doing things like 1.5 hrs or ironing and up
And down step ladders multiple times. Drank 60 ozs of water and slept 8 hours

No headache or tummy issues. Leg is still achy, but Tylenol continues to help.

Thinking through potential September health goals -
** Calories 1299 or less. I am not losing much weight so am going to reduce my calorie goal by 100
** Protein 40%. I didn't meet this goal in August so I want to try again. I am going to eat more fish which is good at raising protein %.
** Hourly step goal. I stopped doing this one because some activities don't count steps. When i am cooking, driving, homeschooling, at church or gardening I don't accumulate many steps even though I am busy. I get frustrated when I am engaged and productive, but I don't meet that hour step goal. I don't know a solution so I probably shouldn't set this as a goal.
** Hourly tracking accomplishments - This could be a possible goal replacement for the hourly step goal. The emphasis is off the step count but still on hourly effort. Time is precious and I want to be a good steward of each hour.
