August health goals -

Calories 1399 calories or less. Actual =1276 Monthly average = 1278
* Protein 40% or more. Actual 36% Monthly average = 35%
Thinking through potential September health goals -
** Calories 1299 or less. I am not losing much weight so am going to reduce my calorie goal by 100
** Protein 40%. I didn't meet this goal in August so I want to try again. I am going to eat more fish which is good at raising protein %.
** Hourly step goal. I stopped doing this one because some activities don't count steps. When i am cooking, driving, homeschooling, at church or gardening I don't accumulate many steps even though I am busy. I get frustrated when I am engaged and productive, but I don't meet that hour step goal. I don't know a solution so I probably shouldn't set this as a goal.
** Hourly tracking accomplishments - This could be a possible goal replacement for the hourly step goal. The emphasis is off the step count but still on hourly effort. Time is precious and I want to be a good steward of each hour.
