Food tracking = 413 days logging

Calories = 1281 average in August. Goal is <1300
__ Protein = 37% average in August. Goal is >40%

Fruit/Vegetable servings = 9 average daily in August. Goal is =>5
__ Steps = 5532 average in August. Goal is >6k.

Hours of moving my body = 10 hours a day average in August. Goal is =>10

Exercises = 7. Goal is =>6

Weight change = -0.2 in August
One of my many flaws is the inability to notice what’s right in front of me. I overlook things without even being consciously aware of it.
In this case, I have been awarding myself a gold star even though my weight was in gain status instead of a loss.
I went back over the past few days and edited my posts to remove that unearned gold star for those day.
I understand this unearned digital art doesn't matter or affect anyone else, but it matters to me.

This week I finished 1,000 days in a row of exercises apx. 6,000 steps a day or 12 ca. burned.
Got my new Dr. lisc. pic. and I look better in it slimmer yea!

I checked the sunrise and sunset data this morning and noticed our days are 14 hours and 2 minutes long. During these longer daylight periods, I tend to sleep less. With the days shortening by 2 minutes each day, I’m hoping my body will naturally adjust and I’ll start sleeping more as the nights grow longer.

Hi everyone !
I'm back from 2 weeks of camping with MrNiceGuy and my sons. Needless to say it was hard to keep up with all the habits. Working out in a tent, or out of the tent in full view of the other campers, is beyond my skills / out of my comfort zone.
Daily floss : ☑☑☑☑☑ ☑☑☑☑☑ ☑☑☑☑☑ ☑☑☑☑☑ I think I missed once or twice only.
Daily pelvic floor habit : ☑☑☑ Hum... As usual, it's mostly because I forgot. I
can do that in my bed at night even with other sleepers around. So, the problem is missing the daily accountability.
Daily strength training :☑☑☑☑☑ ☑☑☑ I did carry heavy stuff around a few times, so that counts, but...
I'm thinking about other healthy habits for September :
- No sugar before 4 pm (I've done it before, it's easy for me)
- No screens after 10 pm. I want to try it. Reading the news and scrolling : only at payroll or before 10pm. After 10 : reading a real book, relaxing, meditating, being with MrNG, or sleeping.
