WTG everyone !
kittykatt I thought of you the other day and got my lightbox out of the back of the closet. MrNG is considering using it, he has trouble sleeping - or falling back to sleep - and he will give it a try.
So busy during the week I can't find time to post. Which makes me feel less accountable sometimes.

I've decided to take Sundays off each week from my 30-minute walks on the park trails. My Fitbit keeps reminding me that I'm overtraining and need to take it easy.

I need to play catch up.
Personal habit done every day so far. Dog nails - took a break for the weekend since the dogs are not liking it and I’m tired of wrestling these huge mongrels.

I’ll get you both today, my pretties.

Way to go!
Kitty, I used to never mess with cat nails but I have one cat that I guess doesn’t use a scratching post at all, I have to always check his “thumb” because it curls into his pad if left alone. I checked it this weekend and all of his nails were ridiculously long. I got the clippers out and am amazed that I got his front paws done before he realized he didn’t like it and ran off.
Monday:
Nope on nails
