We have one full week left in February, so it is time for me to start the process of what H&F habit I will work on in the upcoming month. There are so many areas that I could improve.
The Ahhhh moment habit this month is vital in stress relief and I am glad I implemented it, but it did feel like I took a month off. I don't think that is a bad thing because I did continue to track previous H&F habits and updated spreadsheet data daily. However, I am ready for a more challenging habit to focus on. Hum....which of the many needed H$F habits will be tackled in March? thinking.....

Sometimes it seems like I am failing more than succeeding. I'm going through a rough month with my weight and am trying not to get down on myself. So it is helpful to look back and see the positive changes that have been made in my H&F journey. In reviewing my data, I noticed the drastic improvement in daily steps from Feb 2025 to Feb 2026
Feb 2025 i walked an average of 3935 steps a day.
Feb 2026 my daily average is 7145 a day.

Note to self - progress not perfection. Just keep trying.

This weekend I did not walk but got my exercise in doing stat bike.
A bit of a cough; it's been cold out and snow in the mtns. makes
the wind too cold to be out walking.
Knew I needed to rest up a bit.
