WTG, Nancy!
RRose, thank you! I'm not officially watching what I eat (I think that may be Helian or L.Ann?) but I *am* trying to eat more fruit and veggies, drink more water and reduce my consumption of added sugar (I've got an intolerance to most artificial sweeteners, so anything containing those is a big no no. I'm learning to like the "unsweetened" varieties

), and also try and cut out as far as possible ultra processed foods. Reading labels has been an interesting experience! I do still eat chocolate, but it's a very "good" quality chocolate with no palm oil or emulsifiers or anything else like that. Of course, it's considerably more expensive, so I now eat far less chocolate than I used to

The same goes for ice cream - I've found a very good quality ice cream that contains only about four ingredients, all of which are natural, and a price rag to match. That is now a very occasional treat. (Another win!

) I make my own cakes, so I know what's in them, and as I only usually bake once a week, once it's gone, it's gone. I don't usually buy shop-made biscuits, snacks etc. (DH does smuggle in crisps and snacks, but he keeps them in a drawer up in the spare room/ office for those days when he WFH

)
I could probably do with losing a few kg, but I'm very aware that there are eating disorders running through both sides of my family,
and, as at present, I have a "good" mindset towards food
, I don't want to do anything like counting calories / points etc that could possibly risk triggering something, especially
as I can be quite competitive.
That's also why I very rarely weigh myself. But I do know they can all be very helpful for other people .
Lady M, the treatment sounds very painful. I had one tiny "thing" zapped with liquid nitrogen years ago, and it was not nice! Sorry about the data loss, that's so frustrating. Is there a way of backing up your spreadsheets somewhere?
Laura, you're doing well! Making appointments is important, but can seem overwhelming if there are lots to do, so making a list and marking things off as you go shows you're making progress .
Saturday - I've done my exercises this morning - 22 hearts.
