Kittykatt thanks for the reminder about the lightbox to be used on mornings only. It's so bright I wouldn't want to use it in the afternoon anyway.

As of yesterday night :

Oops forgot to post again.

Missed 4 days but got them done today. Did both front paws. They’re still antsy about the back and the back nails aren’t as long so not as necessary. They were very cooperative and got a piece of bacon for their cooperation. I just hope they don’t expect bacon every day.

I remind myself daily not to get frustrated with the lack of progress on weight loss. This month, my focus is on adding a daily walk. I'm thrilled to now walk at a fast pace for 30 minutes without any hip pain. Just a couple of weeks ago, I couldn't do that, so progress is happening. The scale hasn’t moved, but I was surprised to fit into a smaller pair of pants. This is the third time in 14 months that I've gone down a size.
