** daily walk & talk with DD14
** Decluttering/deep cleaning
** written systems/workflows
** Read 10 pages

Habits formed, tracking and putting in the effort to keep them going
** Sleep is staying between 7-9 hours nightly
** Bedtime routine ....hum...I could improve
** AM routine with personal care
** Tracking all my food & drinks in cronometer
** Fruits/vegetables over 5 a day
** Staying active - getting at least 250 steps every hour
** Gluten free

Now that I’ve decided on a focus for next month, I need to plan how to achieve it. I’m confident that each pathway needs to be written down instead of just staying in my head. SHE cards help me remember tasks—they’re my reminder system. SHE cards are the individual steps that I take while strolling the Pathways.

Finding efficient ways to accomplish tasks has always intrigued me. Whether it’s through systems, procedures, methods, workflows, or pathways, the ultimate goal is to get things done as thoroughly and effectively as possible.

Step 1: Choose a name for this focus. I'm considering calling it "Pathways." I love the idea of strolling along, getting things done, while surrounded by beauty. It can't just be about boring, strict productivity. I want these pathways to be filled with things that bring me joy.

I need to think more about the process for this. I am totally open for any suggestions and/or advice.

The development of pathways is progressing well, though it's slow because I'm documenting real-life actions. I want to be honest with myself about what I can realistically achieve, rather than chasing unrealistic, pie-in-the-sky aspirations.

The first Pathway I focused on was setting up the seven things I do when I wake up. You’d think I’d have mastered them by now, but I often get sidetracked and end up doing other things instead. Writing these 7 things down and acknowledging that is what I want to do each morning helps ensure they happen promptly and without overthinking.

Lady M, making a list of the things you need to do when you get up sounds a very good idea. Do you have a "before bed" routine as well? I find even simple things like laying my clothes out for the next day the night before, and putting anything I'll need if I'm going out in a "launch pad " by the door helps my day run more smoothly.

Improving my bedtime routine is something I need to work on. A couple of months ago, I focused on it, and it helped a lot. I’m naturally a morning person, so evenings aren’t when I'm at my best. The Pathway includes things I do at 9 p.m., mostly focused on the teens, with a couple of cards about me.
