** Sleep - 5hr 53 minutes. DS15 called late last night to share his exciting news. I had a hard time going to sleep after that.
** Morning Mile - Day #44
** Morning papers - Day #19
** Music = Joy - Day #11 We sang along with Paul Revere and the Raiders this morning.
** Cronometer - Day #18 = 1580 calories. A challenging day eating out twice. I made good choices but eating out is always higher in fat and sodium than when I prepare my own food.
** Hydration - over 100oz
** Golden Hour - day #15

I am looking forward to experiencing greatly reduced stress over the next 4 days. DS15 is nonstop and takes a lot of my time, focus and energy. Removing that whirlwind from my life for a few days will be a good break for us both.

Mon. x
Tues. x
Wed. x got 11 K + steps.
Thurs. aqi not good inside activities today steps up to my norm so far for morning yea!
Got my mile in today some of it was inside walking.
Fri. Got my steps in.
Sat. ditto.
Sun. got my steps in.

Weight still stuck. I have 10’days till my bet but don’t think I will make it… but ime not about to give I and will continue this journey bet or not.

Ate on my plan, but only drank 60 ozs of water and got in 8K steps.

I have lost 4 lbs since I started putting focus on my health in mid June. I don't lose weight easily and have been in the same 10lb weight range for several years. I have a love hate relationship with the number on the scale.

LadyM… I know how you feel. I’ve lost 15 since March but now I can’t get it to budge.

Stayed on my plan, drank my water and got in 9k steps. And last night I slept 10 hours and only got up once during the night. Unheard of for me!!!

I have done nearly 3/4 th of my steps inside today bc of smoke finished up more on my home blessing hour.

Yesterday was spent visiting several friends in and out of my home.

Interesting because I did stay on my eating plan but didn’t get in much water. However I did get over 9k steps with out evening focusing on it.

When I was at my bingo event the other night I had several people come up to me saying how good I looked. I’ll take that as a NSV :D:

Yesterday I stayed on my eating plan but only drank 60 ozs of water. However I did get in 17k steps! I went to class in the morning, ran some errands and did things around the house. BY dinner time I had 12k steps.

In the past I walked a couple of miles outside to help loose weight so I decided to try that again. So early last evening I laced up my shoes and hit the road. It was still hot and humid. I can’t walk a bit later when the sun goes down because I become bait for all biting insects. I sprayed myself down with insect repellent and set sail. After a two mile walk I came home and had to shower to get the repellant off.

Once years ago I lost 35 miles in 3 months just by walking. I usually walked 4 miles in an hour. Got thinking about that yesterday and decide to give it a go again.

This morning I am joining my friends at the pool. Decided to walk there and back again to get my steps in. And this evening Ive decided to walk to the same place to join my friends for Karaoke. That means I’ll be walking back after dark. Not worried about that as I love being out that time of night, but will take my bug spray with me so when I come home, I won’t be dinner for all those bugs.

Gonna keep on keeping on but won’t step on the scale till Monday.
