I'm down 1.9 lbs for the month but was up .8 last week. That's comparing the 10 day weighted average for each. Perhaps too fine a measurement to look at a week. Weight was down after the trip to VA but has bounced around since. I averaged 8200 steps daily last week, aided by three 10K days. I missed a workout last week tho. I'm feeling better than I did after those three days with 10K steps, I've had achy hips interfering with my sleep.

Today I have my 2 p.m. workout. Right now, the dog is waiting for her walk.

Thanks for the infrared info, 8isenough. My massage therapist swears by it and has some kind of big machine and one can get sessions under it. He's used a lamp on me also.

⭐Cronometer = 291 days logging, 84 mineral/vitamins, 1406 calories, 38% protein
⭐Move my body = 6599 steps, 10 hours with 250+ steps, AM walks=22, PM walks=14
⭐Weight loss is at a pace of -1.02%

It is taking me forever to choose a habit to focus on next month. As I think through the possibilities I am drawn to big habits that could be too difficult. I need to challenge myself but make the focused habit simple enough so it can be successful. It can be a difficult balance to find .....easy but still a challenge.

Tomorrow I have my phone appointment with nurse practitioner. I need to write out a list of questions. Most of it is results for the blood work and ultrasound. I don't want to forget anything.

Gotta go back and find my list and update it.

Book apt for results after blood work April 24 10am
Book lab work-- mar 25 11am
Ultrasound march 10 830 am

Need a referral to see my gynecologist surgeon again request at apt
What's ahead with asd testing -- apt rebook for may?? May 8 book day off
Counseling sessions??? Relevant? Still would like maybe different form
Book chiropractor
Book hair apt April 16 330 and 4 ds and me
Mom new dr. Wed April 2 3pm
Mom and dad regular dr may 8?? Do I need to attend??

Great workout, as usual. This young woman trainer really put me through my paces. Three rounds of upper body and core, then two rounds of legs to finish! It's been pouring rain this afternoon. If I hadn't missed one of my two workouts last week I might have wimped out, but I went, pouring rain both ways.
