Thursday - nighttime walk w dogs, looked for wildlife eyes in the darkness, saw some in a corner of the yard, deer or cat? Idk.
Friday - got an earring in one ear, I haven’t worn earrings in many, many years so holes have closed up. Will try other ear tomorrow. I don’t want them to be too sore.

WTG all! I'm feeling good about my steps this week and alcohol free status. Weight continues to come down, although I need more focus on eating well. I'll make my step goal for the week by getting 5K steps today and my weight is at a new low.

I have barely been out side this weekend cloudy damp fog and filling a bit rough makes me so thankful for indoor
exercise equipment I got at yard sales over the years.
Made goal of 49K steps, increasing to 52500 (7500 daily) this week.
Okay on alcohol free - The few times I've had alcohol it's been by choice and mindful. Perhaps "Damp" January or "Mindful January" might be a better term.
