Lady Maverick, I hope the gain isn’t anything too serious or hard to conquer. I can’t lose weight for anything so you’re an inspiration to me.

Kittykatt, maybe drinking water will come easier as the weather warms up? You’re doing great stacking your habits to keep up the momentum.



My habits have slowly lapsed since probably mid to late January so will try to revive them for March. Seems like March should be a physically active habit for me (March as a verb) so will be working on a couple small things.

Move a muscle, change a thought

Arm weights
Spend time outside at sunset daily to walk and set circadian rhythm for a good nights sleep (does that work? We will find out)

Thinking out loud so I will be ready tomorrow. See yall next month.

Hi everyone ! End of the month check-in.
The last 7 days were our trip to InLaws and ski (3 days of ski = 3 days of Move Cardio 8-) )

My 5 daily habits :
MR - basic morning routine - Move C/W - either Cardio or Weights, daily - MicroMove - tiny times of movement at payroll or during the day - Time for me - to read, maybe write, maybe think, maybe journal - K - pelvic floor exercises. 1 minute minimum, at bedtime.

Counting the score as of today, mid day :
