Established healthy habits =

Sleep = 7hr 35min average 30 days

Hydration = 120oz+

Cronometer = 353 days logging, 84 mineral/vitamins, 30-day average = 1217 calories, 34% protein

Move my body in June = AM walks=17, Exercises=22, PM walks=15, 30-day average = 5509 steps, 10 hours with 250+ steps,

Better Bedtime routine during June = 20

Weight loss is at an average 30-day pace of -1.55% resulting in a total 15.19% body weight removed since 7-5-2024
I am counting yesterday as a win in my effort to establish a declutter mindset & habit. Although I didn't actually declutter anything I spent some time, thought and planning in how to change and better organize the area around DH recliner. I do have the tendency to overthink things but, in this case, hyper focusing can be helpful.
