The past couple of days have been a whirlwind of medical tests and appointments, but the great news is there’s nothing bad to report!
My morning walks on the trails took a hit for a couple of days since I was either traveling to or spending time at medical facilities. While I don’t like missing walks, I’ve come to accept that real life happens. The key now is to avoid skipping anymore and get back to building my 30-minute walking habit.
I recently listened to a health podcast, and their advice to PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BODY AND STAY CURIOUS really resonated with me. I've been experimenting with eliminating gluten from my diet for a few days now and have noticed some unexpected shocking positive changes. Gluten is tough to cut out since it's in so many foods, but the results have been so significant that it's worth the effort to keep exploring how it impacts my body and mind.
