I've done my exercises for today: 24 hearts

⭐ Hydration = 120oz+
⭐ Food tracking = 446 days logging
__ Calories = 1370 average in September. Goal is <1200
⭐ Protein = 37% average in September. Goal is >36%
⭐ Fruit/Vegetable servings = 6 average daily in September. Goal is >5
⭐ Steps = 7435 average in September. Goal is >6k.
⭐ Hours of moving my body = 10 hours a day average in September. Goal is >9
⭐ Exercises = 10 Goal is >7
⭐ Weight change +0.2 September average weight compared to August average. 29.6 lbs lost since July 5, 2024

The past couple of days have been a whirlwind of medical tests and appointments, but the great news is there’s nothing bad to report! :)
My morning walks on the trails took a hit for a couple of days since I was either traveling to or spending time at medical facilities. While I don’t like missing walks, I’ve come to accept that real life happens. The key now is to avoid skipping anymore and get back to building my 30-minute walking habit.

I recently listened to a health podcast, and their advice to PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BODY AND STAY CURIOUS really resonated with me. I've been experimenting with eliminating gluten from my diet for a few days now and have noticed some unexpected shocking positive changes. Gluten is tough to cut out since it's in so many foods, but the results have been so significant that it's worth the effort to keep exploring how it impacts my body and mind.

That's very interesting about the importance of listening to one's body, Lady M! I don't think I'm actually gluten intolerant, but I'm definitely intolerant to the junk and "fillers" they often put in cheap bread! I bought an organic loaf from the farmer's market and was fine with that ... so now we make our own bread (using the bread maker!)
