Hope it's okay that I started this May thread.
I have done two hot pads.
This quarter finished up the last of the dish cloths and hot pads for the food baskets to go out in the fall.
I'm currently working on the ones for the family.
And a prayer shawl got 1st Skein on it and am 3/4 this of the way done.
Got yarn for a shades of green darker shades think camo colors one for guy
not sure who will get it.
New hot pads is going and got the stripe done on it.
Dish cloth is half done.

I was thrilled when a complete metal Dol-Toi tea set dating I think from the 1960s,) for my dolls' house came up on eBay yesterday. These tiny metal tea sets don't come up very often, and a complete set is extremely rare, so I'm very happy. It's made from metal (probably lead!) and painted. The description lists it as yellow, but the photos look more like an attractive pale green.

So sweet story here. My mom is not very functional. Lots of day to day struggles she can't do anymore. She was here yesterday. The guys went to look at something outside. I sat with mom and picked up the blanket. Started working on it and set it down to check supper. She picked it up and started to stitch. She still remembers the hand motion. If it sits there for her to see. She made it all the way to the end of the row. I'm not exactly sure what she did but just in sentiment I have decided mom finished the blanket. It's a funny row but it's the thought she can still do it. After they left i cut the yarn and hid the end. Done

Piano time - find a new book other one never came
Finish my idea of edging on one of my knitted blankets I didn't hide all the ends
Experiment and paint a summer side on my porch leaner

Declutter what I can of ds stuff
Move rest to guest room
Put up shelving rails
Store yarn and craft drawer sets in place

Hem dh new work pants
Fix buttons on a couple of shirts
Fix buttons on ds pants
Fix my dog walk jacket
Fix side seam of ds too small winter jacket that would be good for donation
Fix the lace loop on my new shoe or return them?

Nancy, thank you so much for getting us started. I've been away and not with it on both 1 April and May. I promise I'll do better, but it's wonderful that you went ahead and got us started.

I did not do much crafting last month. This week I probably need to make three graduation cards - one is a college graduation (neighbor dd down the street), the other two are HS (friend M &S granddaughter - we've known them since their dds were in HS) and the dneighbor right next door. So I'll need to clean up desk a little and get inspired! I did buy a new graduation stamp set last year that I haven't used, so looking forward to using it, with some pretty design paper - all the cards are for girls!

I was off my game yesterday ~ had to fix and unknit and re-knit up some on the prayer shawl I am currently doing.
sigh oh well over all I have progress on it this weekend.

Did better on Mon. some unkitting but not so much.
I did finish a hot pads one more set is complete.
One beige set can go to one I do not know the color of preference for them.
I did finish the lav. knit prayer shawl. I could do a crochet shell stitch edge on it I have enough to do that.
Not sure yet still deciding.

Laurlind, you will always treasure that blanket. Can you start a new one that she can work on, regardless of the skill, it gives her a sense of making something.

I have turned in my prayer shawl to church, am nearly done with one for next year's graduate as well. I need to write down who all I have made for.
I've started one for my mom, but she wants me to make her a coat! And next I'll make an extra one for the church to have in case. This year one of the knitter's got carpal tunnel and asked for help. Only 3 weeks to go, she hadn't started, and I can't do it in 3 weeks.

Started on a camo colored yarn project today
Cast on stitches & then more counted wrong lol!
Got the foundation row going glad I remembered it and got the pattern for the edge going.
I've knit a few rows of the edge pattern on this one.

A diff. one shades of green I'm calling it is beyond the start pattern thankfully so it will be going
much more quickly.

The lavender one is now to the shell crochet stitch.
I did the once around single stitch base row yesterday on my yarn day yea!
Now workingt the shell stitch half done apx. now.

Completed a beige dish cloth, one set done started the first of a set of two hot pads yesterday.
Also started the the white with green stripe one to complete the green set only have enough for a stripe of the green.

Taa Daa finally finished up the crochet edging on the lav. prayer shall it's done now!
Also got a hot pad done.
One more is finished for a different set. Yea!

I am focused on the shades of green shawl now.
Got the 1st 12" of this project done now!
