December H&F habit focus = Circle walks (goal is 10 round a day)

I’m looking for a way to enjoy walking outside without leaving DH alone. I think circle walks might be the perfect solution. Our circular driveway takes me about three minutes to walk around once, so doing ten laps a day would give me roughly 30 minutes of walking.

That sounds like it would work, LadyM. And when someone happens to be able to sub for you, a longer walk.
I'm hoping everyone is on the same page with.my hope to host our family party a few weeks from now.

Harriet, I'm so glad you feel well enough to host your family party. Are you able to delegate various tasks to others in order to share the work?

I'm continuing with my usual habits. Two are life habits, and the third I need to keep going until spring finally comes. But it's less than 3 weeks until the shortest day now, and then the days will slowly start to get longer again

I drank 8 glasses of water yesterday: 1 heart

I've done 30 minutes with the lightbox: 2 hearts

Oh well, Kittykatt, Dr turns out to be somewhat discouraging about it. We may rethink. But yes, I have been feeling well enough to get a lot done.
