Elizabeth, I hope you can get on a schedule to help with filling out applications, so you have more time to do that and everything else.
OKay, It was a great opener up today! I get "therapy" here, with DD, with Dfriends, pen pals, and just having visits with my shut-in elderly 2 dfriends, is therapy for me. Because I'm doing for them, not asking for anything in return, don't need to talk about my needs, as in therapy stuff or ask advice from them. It's therapeutic for me to visit them, which is what I'm "TRYING" to say!
This is a quick CUOP:
Had a dr. appt. today, early out of the house, scooted there, had a great appt., got mammogram orders, set up for a summer appt. for check-up on me, asthma, etc..... He'll get me on track with having physicals in my b-day month. Had a good talk, all is well. I'll relax, about the mammogram, just do it, and not get "worry wart" silly anxious. My mammo tech is a wonderfully warm compassionate lady, I know the office, where to park, so there's nothing truly "scary".
After the dr. appt. we went to CVS Pharmacy got signed up. There was walking there, and we went to another grocery store where DH had to show me animal hats for the youngest 2 boy grands. 1 will get the killer whale hat and the other will get the raccoon, for their b-days, with b-day $. The hats have loose bands in back, so Ddil can easily add elastic to that part or take a tuck, to make their hats fit snugger. (I hate causing her any extra work though!)
Washed my bra to wear to my mammo appt. because I wear anti chafing gel under my breasts, but didn't want it transferring from the bra to the under breast area onto the mammo equipment. The warmest room in the house is my small office and when I open the door, there's a wet bra hanging on the hanger staring me in the face.
I hope everyone in the "Polar Vortex" areas are keeping warm and safe.
Kathryn, Pago Pago sounds wonderful!
