Twins - Welcome home!!!
Dee - YEAH!!! Do they recommend sprinkling lime powder over the ground where the dirty water was spilled?
Church was good this morning. Afterwards 15 of us went to eat together @ local fish restaurant.
MPB automatic is closed due to a major owie. Major. It could be very bad but we are trying to remain positive. I've taken pictures of the failure and emailed manufacturer.
DAunt and family are coping as well as can be. They are using a pain patch on DAunt that is keeping her comfortable but still aware and able to interact with family.
I'm listening to Sycamore Row book by John Grisham on audio. HUm.....I wonder if it is cheating to listen instead of reading for the library book club meeting?

Re: SUNNIER SUNDAY
Kathryn, Your morning ritual of tea & chocolate sounds yummy to me. ♥ I love chocolate.
Dee, Are all your problems over now? Was it a ruptured holding tank? I don't know if I miss, in a recent post, if your problem last night, was completely solved today.
I sure hope it is. It was really on my mind last night.
Twins', Welcome home again!
Sadie, You tip to Lucylee was a smart one, about the Depends being on hand, etc... Good idea. You think ahead.
I walked for 35 minutes, started the DW inside round 1. I'm doing my 6-step round-1 in 10 minute increments today, as it'll be 60 minutes today, rather than 90 minutes yesterday, plus extra walking I did yesterday.
The scales were in my favor for this week's weigh-in. I've lost 5.8 Lbs. now, in 7 weeks, very slow, I know, but it seems to be staying off.
It's sunny here & nice, will be about 75*. Everyone, have a nice Sunday.

Re: SUNNIER SUNDAY
Don't think the problem is solved, Ivy. But dh does think perhaps it might not be the worst damage that we feared. Still has a call out to the RV guy to stop by and see what we have to do. I have no idea what's going on underneath. Hopefully it'll be a somewhat easy fix.
I've been so sleepy today. Dh has been painting off and on. The RV is all sparkly cleaned & waxed. They even redid all the windows with something special today. Imagine that means the inside now has to be done. Hope to hire our GDs to do that job. We really have a LOT of windows. About 13 that I count sitting here. Some are very large -that includes our sliding patio door.

Re: SUNNIER SUNDAY
I rested for an hour. Probably slept some during that time but just focused on being fully relaxed and visualized that I was floating. Our sofa reclines and is super comfortable so the floating feeling was supported by the sofa.
I went to the market town and picked up a few groceries. Also checked out the Home Renovation Centre there. They don't sell the cupboard hardware I need.
No one came to the open house, so my being gone wasn't an issue.
Came home and made corn bread, started the roast, mixed the yorkshires, made rice krispie squares and cleaned up all my mess. Also unloaded the dishes.
Yelled at the phone representative that dh called. Turns out the tech came, knew he couldn't get into the IT room so left. Didn't bother to phone us and tell us we could stop waiting for him. That's why the appointment was from 8 - 5 tomorrow cuz they can get into the IT room only on weekdays. Told the tech not to bother coming until June 10 because we can't go in and wait for long periods of time and they won't agree to meet us at a specific time. Every day this week has appointments or meetings at one point or another so we have no 5 hour block of time when neither of us needs the car, to give to this problem. Once we move in, things will be different.
Ds called. He was at the airport heading to Cairns to go diving on the Reef. Won't be in touch again until Saturday so didn't want me to worry.
I've packed the rest of the paintings. Got tired of doing the work properly so put a pile into one open box and we'll move those. That probably will save me 45 minutes of packing and as much of unpacking plus the movers will have 5 boxes less to move. None of the painting arrived in my home originally in boxes so I'm sure they'll move just fine in the back of the car.
Next, I tried to pack the doll house. No luck. Am turning that problem over to dd. It is hers and I have no room to store it. We found a giant box that almost fits it but I scraped my finger deeply trying to get things to work so gave up. Dsil will find a solution I'm sure.
Time to eat dinner but they aren't here yet. I'm about to make the gravy.

Re: SUNNIER SUNDAY
We had a great week at the beach - Hilton Head Island - and are safely home again. Nice weather - could have been better a couple of days, but could have been far, far worse. Spent a lot of time on the beach this time around. Last winter we bought a Sport brella: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Sport-Brella- ... s/14895535 and it was wonderful to be able to spend time on the beach in the shade! Also spent time at the pool, went out to eat with friends and ate at their condo (these were friends who went with us last August - they were back with two of their kids and her mom for the same week we were there) went to outlets for shopping, read books and relaxed!
Now back to the real world, but I do feel refreshed!
Tomorrow I am getting ds to work and home again, and taking dMacs to PT. His sutures have healed up and he has been on antibiotics long enough that s/b okay to go in the pool again. The infection in his joint was MRSA so we are being particularly careful. Ds was totally freaked out being with him. The first night we were away he called us because he thought Macs couldn't get up. We ended up calling the Physical Therapist and she came by to ck on him and reassure ds.
I gotta go walk the impatient beasts now....

Re: SUNNIER SUNDAY
Twins' Mom so glad you had a good trip and enjoyed the outdoors so much. Glad to hear Macs is healing.
OKay, adding high hopes for you, along with Dee, for repairs that are as easy and inexpensive as possible.
Ds and my green-eyed boy2 arrived and we had a fun time. He had an owie from falling on concrete at his house and we rewashed and put neo sporin and bandaids. He enjoyed the chickens but wouldn't offer a girl's name - I had promised he could name at least one. He insists on calling them "birds" and will not say "chicken", which his ddad kept trying to teach. Reminded me of lucylee's experience with her grandson. He responds to "oh, yes" with "oh no!" LOL As in "oh yes you will"... "oh no!"
But his ddad's word is law and he drops inappropriate things quickly once he gets a certain look from ds. He blows many kisses now. Ds says they almost exclusively buy at consignment shops now because he goes through clothes so fast. He nearly ruined a shirt here, rubbing up against grease on the tractor
, which he just cannot resist. Ds said he was so glad to tell that most of the little shirts he wears cost 25 cents!

Re: SUNNIER SUNDAY
Nice roast beef dinner and over an hour of conversation at the dinner. But it was a late dinner and so clean up is really late.
Dd and I went over my extra drapery things in the basement and she's taken some. We found two clothes rods so each of us will double up a rod in the bedroom to add room for shirts.
She's annoyed the doll house is her problem but understands. She has friends with young girls so maybe it can go to them.

Re: SUNNIER SUNDAY
Got 5 loads of laundry done. 2 of the loads (Mike's stuff) get put through once with just Bo rax and the second time with nothing. All of his white t shirts have turned yellow over the past few months. He still refuses to go for any medical testing for allergies and has rubbed part of the design off of one shirt. He is trying to cut out wheat, but the desire for gravy and beer still make him stray towards the wheat.
