I found out something this morning & it's SO EMBARRASSING!

The summer of 2013, I had 2 early teens dgs's staying. 1 was nearly 13 & 1 was 14.5. I had this book by Stephen King on my small office desk, "Everything Eventual." The dgs 14.5 had read it. My dgs's come in & out of my office when I'm here, but occasionally, I'll go off to get a paper or something for them, quickly coming back.
Last summer, after 1 dgs left my office, I noticed, written in red ink, "
OH, GOD! PLEASE HELP US!." I had such stirring questions in my mind.
"Why would either of my dgs's write such a thing on MY book, in RED?"
"Are my dgs's not having fun at my house?"
"Don't they know their defacing my book?"
"Don't they even like me"
"Don't they respect my books & my feelings?"
"I wonder which dgs did it?"
Today, HARK! Dgs-17 showed me on his phone how this red lettering, looking like it was written by hand was a part of the jacket of the book! I felt so odd & embarrassed because my 2 grson's hadn't done it at all!

Dgs-17 said his brothers will get a good laugh out of it, as I've told dgs-17 how I've been asking myself about this discovery on the book for 1 year! It's nice to know my dgs's don't deface book jackets on good books, too, & are NOT that type of kids!
