LadyMaverick, We, too, have been to the Rain Forest Cafe. It's a great place to meet out-of-town guest, to treat them to lunch, too, like we did once. We used to meet every October, as a family, there, but now, with 13 of us, it's too hard to jive everyone's work/school schedules. So we stopped the tradition 1 - 2 years ago. It's a wonderful place for kids, the food and service are great. I agree. Glad you went.

Ducky, I know the sweaty-feeling. I had it hit me during chores, too.
Did extra antiperspirant, too.
DH and Dgs left about 11 a.m. to go get the mouse bed out of our sedan and get an oil change. It's so "funny" because the girls in the office, every year, come to our car and say, "I've never SEEN a mouse bed in a car BEFORE! Can I look?"
But riding in the car with the air vent or A/C on, has been "stinky-stinky-stinky".
Not a fun ride, so am so happy
DH is doing it today.
I got 9 items done on my 10 x 5:
Dusted the small office.
Remade the bed pretty.
Dumped trash from all household waste baskets.
Dusted the great room.
Fixed pills.
Put hot spots out. (Keeping up on them, there aren't too many to put out.)
Swept the utility room.
Wrote Wed. the 9th 10 x 5 list.
Finished a story by hand.
#10, will be to put groceries away, when DH and Dgs return. They're doing the oil change/mouse bed first, then get a prescription, go to the bank, go to Applebee's on a gift card redeeming lunch, then to a grocery store and home. Hoping to have groceries put away by 5 p.m. to report here again.
I'm off to watch the news, take a break, cool down, journal and crochet. Have a nice later morning and early afternoon.
