Ditto (((Lilac)))....

Am busy crocheting, puttering around, will try to CUOP tomorrow. Am getting hats done for gifts, talked to DD, had a good talk, and things are going well here.

I'm thinking of you all, am waving to you, and need to run and eat dinner now. Have a wonderful good sleep, ALL of you, and a great Sunday, too! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Ds never came to the party. He felt worse after resting. Took his temperature. 102. He went home to bed (decided he wanted to be at his own place) and we went to run an errand and grab a light supper before dd's party (which had food but not enough to make a dinner.)

Had a nice evening there.

Dh is busy checking the status of the work he started testing before we left. Then we'll hit bed.

I'm really hoping for a swim in the morning. will assist myself in that regard by laying out appropriate things.

((((Lilac)))) Have only a cursory peek. I'm NOT splendiferous and am just heading to bed after doing NOTHING all day but rest. Never did go to the church Christmas party/dinner today and not going to church in the morning. Didn't work yesterday. The week's been a wipe out for me. Hoping another day of rest and perhaps I'll feel like I can be around people. :( Not a good time to be sick for sure. Now all the things I had 2 1/2 weeks for, I now have a little over a week. Yikes. Also didn't go with dh and dd to watch the "Wreaths Across America" travelcade with. Dh was very impressed. Maybe next year.

Hope your ds feels better, Kathryn -that's about as much as I've read. Will try to come by tomorrow. Hoping to sleep without 'drowning'.

(((DeeClutter))), Take good care of yourself and I hope you'll get a good restful sleep, too.

Kathryn, I hope your DS gets to feeling better soon, too.

DMOM is in the hospital on oxygen with a 102* fever. She's 84.5 years old and has 1 lung and serious asthma.

Have a nice evening, a good sleep, Everybody, and a good Sunday, too. :D

Oh! Blessedw2, I think you're wonderful to write that thank you letter. Sometimes, people take good service and care for granted and when somebody sends a thank you, it means a lot to the business and the employees, too. WTG. Glad DD is home, hope she gets good care soon, and will start to feel better soon, too. ((( ♥ )))

Hugs for ((Lilac)) and ((Dee)).

The little shop at the flea market is gone. It was a kitchen gadget shop and now there is a jewelry booth there instead. Rats!

After going there I came home because I knew DH would need help finishing the work on the bumper. I was right. We were working with wood and steel bracing and a 6 ton jack to push all that onto the inside of the bumper to push it back out straight. A long slow difficult process. But we finally got it done and it is almost straight once again.

Then I went back out, 3 stores this time, and finished DH's gift and mine from him (tennis shoes I needed). Also got a couple sizes of those microwave cover things to keep the microwave cleaner. Oh, one DGS is done also.

I have 7 people to finish. HowamIevergoingtodoit?? I have no idea. Cookies, cards, and wrapping. O My Goodness.

The house is a wreck. Dishes piled up. Desk piled up. Grrrrrr.
