Perhaps I'm just trying for a last blast of optimistic online time since reports suggest we could lose power. We already had 1/4 inch ice accumulation an hour ago and on our way to 1/3, and this doesn't stop until 3 a.m.
DOT is asking everyone to stay off the roads until at least noon Wednesday, and wait for DOT updates before chancing it even then. So that blows my theory of bank errand being possible tomorrow, and I'll just have to see if there's another chance later this week. Governor says to take care of our pets during state of emergency. That's nice.
A ten-vehicle wreck reported, involving one firetruck as well, so I was frantically getting those directions straight from HRH to be certain it couldn't possibly be ds. HRH finally convinced me it was within city limits of the next city beside him, so highly unlikely he was involved unless they were then called out to help or replace. But I'm sure he will have his own struggles even if he doesn't have to worry about that situation.
