Hi everyone! I survived having to deal with the X and the other woman at DDnow13's birthday party. It was at an indoor water park, so I just stayed in the water. The two adulterers didn't get wet. I guess DD didn't ask them like she did me. There was only one guest (thank goodness SOMEONE showed), though 3 more were invited. One we expected, the other two we never heard from. They live in another city, so not terribly surprising they couldn't make it. The one guest spent the night at my house with DD. While they watched a movie, I played catchup with laundry folding and other chores.
In the morning, I got her and DD where they needed to be, then hotfooted it over to the animal org annual meeting. Where I found I was 45 minutes early. Too far from home to go back, would have just had to turn around again, so I used the time to crochet. After the meeting, I checked my email (it had been two weeks! Yikes!), updated the church website, and updated Quicken. I felt the extreme computer Scrabble temptation, so I came here instead. Unlike the 'one more game' problem of Scrabble, once I post here, I can stop. Can't read on if this is the last post.
