Congratulations to your ddil on her Special Education degree, Sunny.
I've finished up Evening Dailies rather late but it couldn't be helped. I have a second laundry load in the dryer tumbling now - towels so they can wait until morning.
Cleaned the vacuum cleaner.
Helped HRH catch and release a lizard, much to Tobias' disappointment.
Thinking about our theme today, it's really a joy to take time to remember my two grandmothers' remarkable strength and accomplishments. And now with the passage of time I can more clearly see my own mother's strength and how much good she did all through her life. I think we have to gain some maturity ourselves before we know what we're seeing in our maternal examples. So that was a very cool topic, BookSaver. I enjoyed it.

I have to stop pruning things until we haul off the dead tree the utility trailer is full. Took another walk tonite with a friend & todderN sunset was lovely.
we had soup for dinner.
I figure if I go out and do 20-30 min. Of yd work everyday for a month it has to make a difference over time!

Re: Wednesday Celebrating STRONG Women
Oh yes it will, Nancy. Even 10 minutes a day at anything makes a huge difference over a week/a month! That's about the only way I can do things around here. Right now I'm shredding books and books and books of checkbooks that I found in boxes in the office closet. Many date back to 2000-2004. Alrighty then! These can be disposed of. (DD agreed).
Think I may have sparked an idea in dd yesterday. They have a really nice wooden rocking horse that she had made for gd when she first came to live with them. Dsonil's niece is expecting their second dd in a few weeks and their first just turned 3. We've been building a pile(s) in the garage for donation and she's at the point now that she can get rid of even more of gd's things (that she obviously doesn't need). But that horse stands out. Wallah! Good solution is to give it to the niece for her dd's. May try to talk dd into taking it over to her MIL's on Saturday. We're going somewhere anyway on Saturday -she won't tell me where.
