Aw, Nancy, sometimes plans don't work out.
Pretty gnarly day here. I had to make 2 trips out to jobsite, and DH is working out in horse country so a long-ish ride, after a stop at my least favorite place: HD - where just the sight of a woman causes all sales people to disappear.

If I had a nickle for every time I asked where the correct lumber is only to be pointed in that direction and then have the guy disappear, leaving me to haul boards off tall racks all by myself and struggle to load...
Got a few things done around here, but I wasn't feeling very energetic, maybe because I stayed so busy yesterday. Tonight DH came home and told me his truck overheated again. This is the one we've changed every hose, fitting, thermostat, water pump. He doesn't know what the problem is. We just did all that work about 6 months ago.
And this week arrived a power brake bleeder to use because he can no longer bleed his brake the way he used to because he can't get his arms up in that position. And those brakes/master cylinder we fixed recently only partially fixed the problem.
Personal car has a very bad tire on front passenger side and needs changed badly. I reminded him we have a little trip to make the beginning of next month and wouldn't be able to do it on this tire, so he said he'll have to buy 2 new ones.
I just got so depressed thinking about all the mechanical stuff we have to do. And his big truck has leaking gasket around the big window which is his windshield, and side window which he's replacing still needs done and new one is sitting in a box in the garage. sigh...the hazards of having all old vehicles. DH takes it all in stride, says he's glad we're not making car/truck payments and haven't gone under... and he's not depressed about having to do all this work, but I'm just - well, sigh...you can imagine.
