Grades finally arrived in the mail today, a week later than the very latest estimate. There was a long delay of end-of-class and state final exams that impacted a lot of students. She had finally given up on it, after spending weeks checking the mail every day. Anti-climactic now, but she did have all As. The young man already knew that he did.
He was here today and took dd to see the Minions movie. They ran into not one but two couples from our church while they were there. They enjoyed the movie a lot, and dd was able to pay for most of it by using up the last of her movie gift card from ds before it expired, so that was a win-win. HRH went out for tacos while they were gone.
