dd younger helped me when my ADHD took over today - I was stuck. She gave me a call to say hello and just talking to her helped me clear up the fog. The 3 season room looks wonderful!
The sealer should help keep the oil from the dog paws from absorbing. the Mexican tiles are really porous normally.

d lady cheering you on during your day!!!

today: I have an anti-procrastination day list to work on after the kitchen.
the cleaning ladies are coming tomorrow. I seem to keep the house cleaner when I know they are not coming. ;)

I am proud of myself - I did a small thing that took 1-1/2 hours to do but I feel like a finished something to clear my visual and mind clutter. I went through my recent garden and other magazines I got over a month a go - I cut out the things I wanted for the garden and put it in my garden book. I also went through the articles I wanted to read. - gone gone gone!

ordered fall check up for furnish - they are coming Monday.

Next:
I want to vacuum and wash the floor but I know the sink, stove, counters need washing (put away as well) and put away clean dishes.
then sweep, vacuum, dust and rinse floor. :D done!

what is on the anti-procrastination list!
plant one plant
wash cpap
put kitchen light bulbs on list for errand day

I have 3 minutes before leaving to get DD11 from school. I'm taking a quick break.

Progress! All walls in DS14 bedroom have at least 1 coat of paint. Tomorrow I will do the 2nd coat of paint on the final wall and thoroughly inspect all the other painted surfaces looking for any touch up needed. I can see the end of this project!

Today the curtains for his windows and slipcover for loveseat arrived. Both of those should be easy to install after the paint is completely dry. Hopefully on Friday I will finish that part of this project.

The alarm just went off to get DD11. *POOF*

Taking the rest of my break while eating meal #2.

I planned to make hard boiled eggs today but didn't get to it. I needed a HB egg for my one-person tuna salad. I decided to scramble an egg in the microwave and use it in the tuna salad. This would probably appall many, but I needed a quick solution. Although a scrambled egg has a different texture than a hardboiled egg, it didn't seem to matter when chopped up & mixed in with other ingredients.

DD11 happily reported all her classes started doing graded assignments today. Although, she seemed a little disappointed they are doing 3rd grade level work. I told DD11 the teachers need to discover what the students know.

DD11 wanted me to know that she gave her phone number to a 12 year old boy today. She assured me they aren't "dating" but simply good friends.

Break is over.
Next up = wash hair, bath and get out the door to prepare the meal at church.

hi d lady!

my dh loves hb eggs in his tuna salad
very smart that you told her that! it's just to see where everyone in the class is.
glad she told you! I know it's hard isn't it!!!

how wonderful that you put a coat of paint on the bedroom walls - well done!
have a great evening at church tonight!

I would love to volunteer for mops (mother's of preschoolers but haven't found one around here - I loved it when my kids were little).

I have a bit of a headache.
I don't want to lay down bc I think I would fall asleep or not move the rest of the day.
I think I will water out back so dogs can run a bit. They have been in the house with me all day!
Thank goodness I keep track of when it rains and where I water.
it is always a joy to be here with you!

Okay, I give....what is cronometer, Lady M?

We just had the best grilled cheese with tomato and bacon. I did them (low and slow) on P epperidge F arm B utter Bread. I could only eat 1/2 of mine. Dh polished a whole one off -that's amazing! Dh bought some beefsteak tomatoes at the farm stand (here) Saturday & they are wonderful! We've decided that this bread is a plus. I really like the A mish bread but the store is a ways now (used to be just around the corner from us -less than 2 miles). Now it's more like 15 each way.
Begun is half done -SO! JUST BEGIN!!

what is cronometer
It is an app that is used to track food. At first glance it is similar to MyFitnessPal, LoseIt and others food tracking. Most of those food tracking apps primary focus is calories and macros. Cronometer does that also, but it focuses more on micronutrients (Vitamins and Minerals). Cronometer uses professionally sourced data where most of the other food apps have data submitted by users without any checks it is accurate. The last four nutritional classes I've taken exclusively used Cronometer to synch with their class data.

I only had 2 littles in nursery tonight. They are super sweet personalities and keep me laughing. The time together just flew by.

DS14 accidentally dropped his phone in the dog water bowl. We have it in a baggie of rice hoping the rice will draw the water out of the phone. If the phone hasn't recovered by tomorrow afternoon, I'll order him a replacement phone. I just found a renewed one at 1/4 the price of new. I've always had good success with buying renewed and/or refurbished phones from a-river. Hopefully the phone will dry out and work tomorrow.

Sweet dreams
